The staff are helpful, respectful and did what they could to make my stay bearable .

All three rooms I stayed at had roaches . The rooms had pungent smell, the shower heads were rusty , the bathroom floors were slippery, the toilet bowls, the bathroom sinks all had cracks . The room ceiling had cracks, the wooden bed frames had cracks, the mattress had a flat sheet but no fitted sheet. The duvets had stains, the towels were old, the bath rugs worn out . Breakfast was horrible , wifi wouldn’t connect . The hotel is run down . The hotel looks like it is going bankrupt. No hotel supervisor ever spoke to me to address my concerns. The Housekeeping supervisor , Kerry, was very professional and did her best to accommodate my request. I paid for a room good for 3 peopleBut ended up staying in a smaller room because the older building was worse than the newer building . My stay is the most miserable I’ve ever been . Do not waste your time and money . Spend a couple hundred pesos more and get a better hotel .

the food was good. The elevator was very slow, it was faster to take stairs to the 4th floor, the stairs were very worn and ugly. No wash cloth in bathroom.

A/C was a little undersize. there was no upper bedsheet which made me feel a little unsanitary. I was hot with the comforter on, and cold with it off.

Very clean and welcoming staff. I sadly didn’t use the pool or gym but it looks very fun

One time it closed around 2 am and I could get back in. Didn’t realize it closed but that was on me

The room had roaches and ants. Housekeeping didn’t do daily cleanings.

The breakfast buffet too little options for the dishes, lobby couches needs upgrade, like the cafe, no hot shower

The rooms were clean. It was also nice to have a pool and restaurant within the hotel.

The floor in the shower area is very slippery. It’s a safety issue. Also, there’s barely any water pressure coming from the shower heads.

Communication responses. When I booked my stay I requested early check in and within 4-5 hrs I received a response with approval for my request I also requested confirmation that there would be two adults not one was that o.k. within the same 4-5 it was also approved.At that time there were two monsoons due to collide over the Philippines on my arrival date and I requested to change my booking from the 28th-2nd to the 6th-11. Requested this more than one and never received a response at all

Spacious room.25m lap pool and large gym facilities adequate for my exercise needs.Friendly staff.

There was a blood stain (killed mosquito?) on my bathroom door.Shower heater was old and difficult to figure out. Had to ask for assistance.The free soap, shampoo, and toothpaste were inadequate in quantity.Wifi internet was bad.Interior design of the rooms and facilities could use a more contemporary upgrade.

The beds were very comfortable. Front desk employees were very helpful with what they know.

I think this facility is experiencing growing pains. We stayed for 3 nights and our room was not cleaned, even when we requested it to be cleaned. We were told they were busy. Breakfast was not good.
